The Project of Implementation of Personnel Controlling in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Projekt zavedení nástrojů personálního controllingu ve vybrané společnosti" se zabývá analýzou controllingu, řízení lidských zdrojů a personálního controllingu, na kterou navazuje zpracování projektu zavedení nových nástrojů personálního controllingu. Diplomová práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy a poznatky o controllingu a řízení lidských zdrojů a popisuje metody personálního controllingu. Teoretická část slouží jako podklad pro praktickou část. V praktické části je představena vybraná společnost a analyzován současný systém controllingu, řízení lidských zdrojů a personálního controllingu. Na základě této analýzy je zpracován projekt zavedení nástrojů personálního controllingu. Projekt je závěrem podroben časové analýze a zhodnocení nákladů, přínosů a rizik.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entitled "The Project of Implementation of Personnel Controlling in the Selected Company" deals with the analysis of controlling, human resource management and personnel controlling, which is followed by the elaboration of the project of introducing new personnel controlling tools. The diploma thesis has a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines concepts and knowledge about controlling and human resource management and describes personnel controlling methods. The theoretical part serves as a basis for the practical part. In the practical part, the selected company is presented and the current system of controlling, human resources management and personnel controlling is analyzed. On the basis of this analysis a project for the introduction of personnel controlling tools is developed. Finally, the project is subjected to a time analysis and evaluation of costs, benefits and risks.
