Communication strategy proposal Fortuna Game a.s.

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je návrh komunikační strategie sázkové kanceláře Fortuna Game a.s., která působí v České republice od roku 1990. Firma je známá svou širokou sítí poboček, atraktivními kurzy a bonusy, ale také pověstí spolehlivé sázkové kanceláře, které je možné důvěřovat. Hlavním cílem dané práce je vytvořit návrhy, které zlepší komunikaci značky Fortuna s cílovou skupinou, a to na základě provedené analýzy. V práci se využívají odborné vědecké metody, včetně literární rešerše, kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu, ale i syntézy. V teoretické části se popisují základní informace na téma značky a marketingové situační analýzy. V praktické části je pozornost věnována charakteristice sázkové kanceláře a její analýze. Nejprve je stručně popsána historie firmy Fortuna Game a.s., poté je zmíněna její image a vize. V rámci marketingové situační analýzy komunikační strategie dochází k identifikaci cílové skupiny a positioningu značky. Pak je zpracován marketingový mix, provádí se dotazování na téma vnímání značky Fortuna a také hloubkový rozhovor s manažerem firmy. Výsledky analýz jsou shrnuty a zhodnoceny během SWOT analýzy. Její výstupy slouží jako podklad pro navržení způsobů, jak zlepšit komunikaci značky se zákazníky.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a communication strategy for the betting office Fortuna Game a.s., which has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1990. The main goal of this work is to create proposals that will improve the communication of the Fortuna brand with the target group, based on the analysis. The work uses professional scientific methods, including literary research, qualitative and quantitative research, as well as synthesis. The theoretical part describes the basic information on the topic of branding and marketing situation analysis. In the practical part, attention is paid to the characteristics of the betting office and its analysis. First, the history of Fortuna Game a.s. is briefly described, then its image and vision are mentioned. As part of the marketing situation analysis of the communication strategy, the target group is identified and the brand is positioned. Then a marketing mix is elaborated, inquiries about the perception of the Fortuna brand are carried out, as well as an in-depth interview with the company's manager. The results of the analyses are summarized and evaluated during the SWOT analysis. Its outputs serve as a basis for designing ways to improve the brand's communication with customers.
