Security situation of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá všeobecně bezpečnostní situací České republiky. Je psána jako literární rešerše na dané téma. V teoretické části jsou zpočátku popsány základní pojmy v oblasti bezpečnosti, a také její legislativa a subjekty, které zabezpečují stát. Následně autor popisuje bezpečnostní systém České republiky a zajištění bezpečnosti, ve této části rovněž určuje orgány, které odpovídají za bezpečnost státu, dále se zde zabývá mimořádnými situacemi. Dále se tato diplomová práce zaměřuje na bezpečnostní strategii státu, poté na bezpečnostní zájmy a politiku. Dalším popsaným tématem je bezpečnostní aparát a také ochrana obyvatelstva. V poslední části této práce se autor věnuje především bezpečnostním hrozbám, který je jednotlivě specifikuje. Poslední podkapitola je napsána v praktické části, která se zabývá aktuální hrozbou, pandemií COVID 19.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the general security situation in the Czech Republic. It is written as a literary research on a given topic. The theoretical part initially describes the basic concepts in the field of security, as well as its legislation and the entities that provide the state. Subsequently, the author describes the security system of the Czech Republic and ensuring security, in this part it is also identified the authorities responsible for state security and it also deals with emergencies. Furthermore, this diploma thesis focuses on the security strategy of the state, then on security interests and policy. Another described topic is the security apparatus and also the protection of the population. In the last part of this work, the author focuses mainly on security threats, which are individually specified. The last subchapter written in the practical part, deals with the current threat called pandemic COVID 19.
