The bachelor thesis is focused on the role of WNT signaling pathway in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The first chapter provides a basic description of particular types of WNT signaling pathways and their mechanisms. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice WNT signálních drah ve vztahu k chronické lymfocytární leukémii. První kapitola přináší základní rozdělení a popisuje konkrétní mechanizmy nejvýznamnějších zástupců WNT signálních dráh.
