Předložená práce má za cíl analyzovat strukturu a termodynamickou stabilitu nekanonických bázových párů (mismatchů) v DNA a DNA/protein komplexech. This work aimed to analyse the structure and thermodynamic stability of non-canonical base pairs (mismatches) in DNA and DNA/protein complexes. We focused on the base-pair parameters Shear and Opening as they were found to be important in the mismatch recognition by MutS protein.
