Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu kalkulací v malém podniku, věnujícímu se výrobě cukrářských produktů. Práce se dělí na dvě části a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. V rámci teoretické části jsou uvedeny, za pomoci odborné literatury, všechny poznatky relevantní pro další využití v podniku.
