Zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich preference v sektoru automotiv

Abstract:

Cílem předložené bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit motivační účinek benefitů v sektoru automotive a navrhnout vhodnou strukturu zaměstnaneckých benefitů v této oblasti. Dalšími cíli práce bylo zjistit, zda má typ benefitu vliv na pracovní pozici a věk zaměstnanců. Byly stanovené čtyři výzkumné otázky a k jejich zodpovězení sloužilo dotazníkové šetření, které bylo realizováno v nadnárodní společnosti, která působí v sektoru automobilového průmyslu. Pro naplnění cílů práce byla využita kvalitativní i kvantitativní metoda výzkumu. Kvalitativní metoda zahrnovala analýzu struktury benefitů v sektoru automotive a analýzu interních dokumentů vybrané společnosti pro sestavení portfolia zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Kvantitativní metoda zahrnovala dotazníkové šetření, s jehož pomocí byly zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. Výsledky poukázaly na zjištění, že pracovní pozice má vliv na typ benefitu, protože zaměstnanci na jednotlivých pracovních pozicích preferují odlišné benefity. Naopak vliv věku na typ benefitu nebyl zjištěn. Výsledky odpovídaly průměrnému hodnocení, pouze jedna věková kategorie vykazovala drobné odchylky. Dále bylo zjištěno, že benefity tvoří z poloviny motivaci pro přijetí pracovní nabídky nebo změnu zaměstnavatele. Tato práce přinesla vhled do problematiky zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Jedná se o komplexní téma, které by vyžadovalo širší výzkum nejlépe na všech zaměstnancích dotazované společnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the incentive effect of benefits in the automotive industry and to propose an appropriate structure of employee benefits in this area. The other aims of the thesis were to determine whether the type of benefit affects the position and age of employees. Four research questions were identified and were addressed by a questionnaire survey carried out in a intenational company operating in the automotive industry. Both qualitative and quantitative methods of research were used to achieve the objectives of the work. The qualitative method included an analysis of the benefit structure in the automotive sector and an analysis of internal documents in selected company for the compilation of the employee benefit portfolio. The quantitative method included a questionnaire survey to answer research questions. The results pointed to the finding that a job has an impact on the type of benefit, as employees prefer different benefits at each job position. On the other hand, age dependence on the type of benefit was not established. The results corresponded to the average evaluation, only one age category showed minor variations. Furthermore, it was found that the benefits are half the motivation for accepting a job offer or changing an employer. This work brought insight into the issue of employee benefits. This is a complex topic that would require more research, preferably on all employees of the company being interviewed.
