Tato práce se zabývá situací v Argentině, významné latinskoamerické zemi. Popisuje ekonomický rozvoj země a krizi, do níž se země dostala na přelomu let 2001 a 2002. Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat roli Mezinárodního měnového fondu a Světové banky a jejich případný podíl na krizi. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe development in Argentina and economic crisis in 2001/2002. Thesis focuses on the role of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The first part deals with economic developmetn of Argentina in 20th century.
