Cílem této práce je zjistit: Jaký význam má služba podporovaného zaměstnávání a jaké problémy tuto službu provázejí v integraci zdravotně postižených na trh práce. V této práci je kladen zřetel především na to, jakým způsobem právě služba podporovaného zaměstnávání napomáhá zdravotně znevýhodněným nalézt a udržet si kvalitní pracovní místo. The aim of this dissertation will be to find out what the significance of the employment support service is and what problems accompany its efforts to integrate the disabled people into the employment market.
