Abstract:

Zásadním tématem mé bakalářské práce je pedagogická diagnostika a evaluace v mateřské škole. Hlavním cílem empirické části je prozkoumat způsob vedení a zaznamenávání výsledků pedagogické diagnostiky a evaluace ve vybraných mateřských školách, prostřednictvím průzkumné metody analýzy diagnostických archů a metody dotazníkového šetření. Dílčími cíli průzkumného šetření je popsat samotný proces pedagogické diagnostiky a evaluace, zjistit a porovnat četnost jejich realizování, zjistit co je obsahem portfolia dítěte a jaké je následné využití výsledků pedagogické diagnostiky pro další vzdělávání dětí. Další dílčí cíle se zaměřují na literaturu, kterou při pedagogických procesech učitelky využívají a na jejich další vzdělávání, zejména v oblasti pedagogické diagnostiky. Získané výsledky jsou závěrem práce zhodnoceny, je zde také uveden přínos práce a její další doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The essential theme of my bachelor's thesis is a pedagogical diagnosis and evaluation in a kindergarten. Main goal of the empirical part is to analyze how pedagogical diagnosis and evaluation results are kept and recorded in chosen kindergartens though an research method of analysis of diagnostic sheets and a survey method. Individual goals of the survey serve to describe the process of pedagogical diagnosis and evaluation itself, to find out and compare the frequency of its implementation, to find out whats is the content of a child's portfolio and what is the subsequent use of the pedagogical diagnosis results for further education of children. Other goals focus on the literature used by teachers during the pedagogical processes and on additional education of teachers, especially in the field of pedagogical diagnosis. The conclusion includes evaluation of the obtained result, as well as mentioning of the benefits of the thesis itself and it's futher recommendation for practice are stated in as well.
