Práce je zaměřena na ochranu obyvatelstva před povodněmi, aktuální a diskutovanou problematiku v České republice. This thesis is focused on the protection of the population against floods. Current and discussed topic in the Czech Republic. For this thesis was selected the Litoměřice region, which is for this problematic and current flood situation suitable.
