Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích. Tato práce je členěna na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Teoretická část uvádí definici syndromu vyhoření, vývoj syndromu vyhoření, příznaky syndromu vyhoření, rizikové skupiny, diagnostiku syndromu vyhoření, léčbu a prevenci vzniku tohoto syndromu. This bachelor thesis deals with a burnout syndrome among the workers in the helping professions. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part provides a definition of the burnout syndrome, the development of the burnout syndrome, symptoms of the burnout syndrome, risk groups, diagnosis of the burnout syndrome, treatment and prevention of this syndrome.
