U chronické lymfocytární leukémie je patologický karyotyp důležitým prognostickým faktorem a hraje významnou roli při stanovení terapie a následném sledování průběhu onemocnění. In chronic lymphocytic leukemia, the pathological karyotype is an im-portant prognostic factor and plays an important role in selection of therapy and subsequent monitoring of the course of the disease.
