Bakalářská práce se zabývá zvládáním stresu a zátěže sociálních pracovníků školských poradenských zařízení. Cílem práce je popsat a prozkoumat, jak sociální pracovníci vnímají a prožívají svoji práci. The bachelor's thesis deals with coping with stress and workload of social workers in school counselling facilities. The aim of the work is to describe and explore how social workers perceive and experience their work.
