Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá ústavními limity trestního řízení. Hlavní částí je analýza vybraných dílčích aspektů práva na spravedlivý proces. V úvodu je vymezen pojem ústavních limitů trestního řízení, po kterém následuje kapitola pojednávající o jednotlivých aspektech práva na spravedlivý proces. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with constitutional limits of criminal proceedings. The main part is an analysis of selected partial aspects of the right to a fair trial. The introduction defines the concept of constitutional limits of criminal proceedings, followed by a chapter dealing with individual aspects of the right to a fair trial.
