Human Resource Management in the Organization

Abstract:

Cílem práce je prozkoumat řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané organizaci se zaměřením na udržení a rozvoj klíčových pracovníků, posoudit stávající stav, určit možné příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná řešení. Práce je koncipována jako teoreticko-praktická. V teoretické části je věnována pozornost základní charakteristice řízení lidských zdrojů, jeho významu pro organizaci a pracovníky. Detailněji je pojednáno o oblastech odměňování a rozvoje pracovníků. V praktické části je popsán výzkum provedený v organizaci Plus s. r. o., která působí v oblasti stavebnictví. Výzkum byl koncipován jako kvantitativní. Sběr dat byl proveden s využitím dotazníkového šetření, a to na vzorku 73 pracovníků organizace, působících na dělnických pozicích. V návaznosti na zjištěné nedostatky jsou v kapitole šesté formulovány návrhy a doporučení pro změnu v koncepci řízení lidských zdrojů v dané organizaci.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to examine the management of human resources in a selected organization with a focus on the retention and development of key employees, assess the current situation, identify possible opportunities for improvement and propose appropriate solutions. The work is conceived as theoretical-practical. The theoretical part pays attention to the basic characteristics of human resource management, its importance for organizations and employees. The areas of remuneration and staff development are discussed in more detail. The practical part describes the research conducted in the organization Plus s. r. o., which operates in the field of construction. The research was conceived as quantitative. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire survey, on a sample of 73 employees of the organization, working in workers' positions. Following the identified shortcomings, the sixth chapter formulates proposals and recommendations for a change in the concept of human resource management in the organization.
