Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo sledovat proces kardiomyogeneze u myších embryonálních kmenových buněk linie R1. Byl také zkoumán vliv polyanilinu na tento proces, buňky byly inkubovány na miskách potažených polyanilinovými strukturami a míra exprese genů specifických pro kardiomyocyty byla analyzována pomocí metod RT-PCR. Abstract:
The main goal of this bachelor thesis was observation of the process of cardiomyogenesis in mouse embryonic stem cells line R1. Polyaniline influence on this process was studied too, cells were incubated on polyaniline coated dishes and the expression level of specific cardiomyocyte genes was analysed by RT-PCR method, determination was performed by both SYBR Green and TaqMan method.
