Abstract:
Extended essay is divided in two parts - theoretical and practical. The most important chapters of the first part dedicate problems of changes to Czech modern familys,social-law childrens rotection and alimony obligation. The practical part concentrates on possibilities to use mechanical position maintenance and compares opinions of profesionals and amateurs with these problems.
