Specific forms of communication at a selected rescue organization

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává specifické formy komunikace u Hasičských záchranných sborů v České republice se zaměřením na HZS Pardubického kraje. V obecné části práce se věnuji vysvětlení základních termínů souvisejících s výkonem záchranných prací při mimořádné události a vymezení specifik krizové komunikace uvnitř sboru a komunikace mezi ostatními složkami IZS. V práci se zabývám převážně technickou komunikací. V praktické části analyzuji informace získané z odpovědí uvedených v dotazníku, který jsem předložil hasičům sloužícím v územním odboru Chrudim v rámci HZS Pardubického kraje.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis elaborates specific forms of communication at Fire Rescue Brigades in the Czech Republic with a focus on fire brigade of Pardubice region. In the general part of the thesis I explain the basic terms related to the performance of rescue work during an extraordinary event and the definition of the specifics of crisis communication within the church and the communication between other IRS units. I deal mainly with technical communication. In the practical part I analyze the information obtained from the answers given in the questionnaire, which I submitted to firefighters serving in the Chrudim territorial department within the fire brigade of the Pardubice region.
