Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou osobních údajů v základních registrech veřejné správy. V úvodu práce jsou definovány základní pojmy z oblasti ochrany osobních údajů a je vymezeno postavení základních registrů v eGovernmentu. Kapitola třetí je zaměřena na způsob, jakým mohou správci osobní údaje zpracovávat. Je zde vysvětleno několik zásad, podle nichž se musí správce řídit. Nakonec v kapitole poslední …more
