Marketing Communication in Financial Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku marketingové komunikace ve finančním podniku s ohledem na současnou turbulentní situaci, pro níž je typické hyperkonkurenční prostředí plné inovací a změn. Cílem této práce je navrhnout inovativní marketingovou komunikaci vybraného finančního podniku, čehož je dosaženo pomocí PEST analýzy a Porterovy analýzy 5 sil a také rozborem sociálních sítí a webové stránky této společnosti. K naplnění tohoto záměru přispívají rovněž poznatky získané prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zaměřujícího se na oblasti nebankovních společností, marketingové komunikace, firemní image a mínění cílové skupiny. Vlastním výzkumem autorky práce bylo zjištěno, že daná společnost nevyužívá svůj marketingový potenciál na maximum. Vzhledem k této skutečnosti nabízí práce ve svém závěru soubor návrhů a doporučení, které pro ni objevují nové příležitosti a přináší inovativní prvky. Při jejich implementaci bude marketingová komunikace aplikována efektivně, díky čemuž bude moci tento podnik dosahovat konkurenční výhody.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis addresses the issue of marketing communication in a financial company with regard to the current turbulent situation, which is characterized by a hyper-competitive environment full of innovation and changes. The aim of the thesis is to design an innovative marketing communication of a selected financial company, which is achieved by PEST analysis and Porter's analysis of 5 forces, as well as by the examination of the company’s social network and website. The findings obtained from the questionnaire survey focusing on non-banking companies, marketing, corporate image and the opinion of the target group also contribute to the fulfillment of this goal. The author’s own research revealed that the examined company does not make the most of its marketing potential. As a result, the thesis concludes with a set of suggestions and recommendations that discover new opportunities for the company and bring innovative elements. By implementing them, the company’s marketing communication will be applied effectively, resulting in the achievement of a competitive advantage.
