Téma svobody projevu je jednou z bolestivějších témat moderní společnosti. Stát poskytuje a zaručuje svým občanům mnoho práv, a jedním z nich je i svoboda projevu. Velmi často se ovšem stává, že nejsme schopní správně uplatnit toto právo, důvodem je neznalost právních předpisů. The subject of freedom of speech remains as one of painful matters in the modern society. A state gives and guarantees many rights to its citizens and one of them is the right of freedom of speech.
