Development of accounting for enterpreneurs in the Czech Republic and its influence on evidence ability of accountant statements

Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na stále více aktuální téma celosvětové harmonizace účetnictví a to především v souvislosti s mírou zapojení České republiky do tohoto procesu. K identifikaci problému bylo přistupováno na základě komparace českého účetního systému a Mezinárodních účetních standardů IAS/IFRS. Hlavním výstupem této práce je odhalení nedostatků účetnictví vedeného dle českých právních předpisů a nalezení zásadních rozdílů ve srovnání s vybranými účetními standardy IAS/IFRS, se zaměřením na jejich vliv na vypovídací schopnost účetních výkazů.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on increasingly common topic of worldwide harmonisation of accounting, especially with regards to integration of The Czech Republic into this process. The object was identified based on the comparison of the Czech accounting system and International accounting standards IAS/IFRS. The main output of this work is the identification the imperfections of accounting performed according to Czech legal terms, and finding the most significant differences in contrast to respective accounting standards IAS/IFRS, with main focus on their influence on predictability of accounting journals.
