Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Kompetence sociálního pracovníka v kontextu historie i současnosti sociální práce v sociálních službách“ se zabývá tématem, které má souvislost s profesí sociálního pracovníka a jeho profesními kompetencemi v zařízeních poskytujících sociální služby. Cílem práce je porovnání profesních kompetencí sociálních pracovníků v sociálních službách v České republice. Obsahem práce je přiblížení kompetencí a činností sociálního pracovníka v průběhu historie a současnosti sociální práce a představení vykonávané profese. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání jednotlivých výpovědí sociálních pracovníků, jejich zkušeností, dovedností a kompetencí, a to prostřednictvím on-line dotazníku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis „Competence of a social worker in the context of the history and present of social work in social services“ deals with a topic related to the profession of a social worker and his professional competences in institutions providing social services. The aim of the work is to compare the professional competences of social workers in social services in the Czech Republic. The content of the work is the approximation of the competences and activities of the social worker throughout the history and present of social work and the presentation of the profession performed. The practical part is aimed at comparing individual statements of social workers, their experience, skills and competences through an online questionnaire.
