Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice řízení a hodnocení pracovního výkonu, jakož současně i motivaci zaměstnanců a podpory tzv. flow při práci ad. Cílem práce je identifikovat příčiny nízké či klesající efektivity (produktivity) práce v podmínkách zvoleného podnikatelského subjektu a následně formulovat adekvátní návrhy řešení v rámci výše nastíněných procesů a činností řízení lidských zdrojů …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with issues of evaluation and performance management, together with employees motivation, flow during work and more. The aim of the thesis is to identify all causes low of decreasing productivity of work in selected business subject. Then to formulate solution suggestion within the described methods of Human Resources management.
