Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou veřejných financí v Protektorátu Čechy a Morava a odpovídá na základní otázku, zda Protektorát Čechy a Morava byl suverénním státním zřízením v oblasti fiskální, resp. daňové a oblasti monetární. The diploma thesis deals with problems of public finances in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and answers the fundamental question if the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia was a sovereign state system in the fiscal, tax or monetary areas.
