Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku integrace teoretické a praktické odborné přípravy oboru praktické sestry. Cílem diplomové práce bude zjistit názory učitelek odborné praxe na vzájemné propojení teoretické a praktické odborné přípravy v oboru praktická sestra. V úvodu teoretická část ozřejmí zdravotnické školství, seznámí s oborem vzdělávání praktická sestra, nastíní organizaci teoretické a praktické odborné přípravy. Dále se práce věnuje poměru počtu hodin nutných pro odbornou praxi ve zdravotnickém zařízení a počtu hodin nezbytných pro teoretickou výuku ve škole. Přiblíží pojem inkluze, integrace a ozřejmí mezipředmětové vztahy v oboru Praktická sestra. Pro praktickou část bude využit a realizován kvalitativní výzkum metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru od vyučujících odborných předmětů na Střední zdravotnické školy. Po získání potřebných dat při pedagogickém výzkumu následně dojde k rozboru těchto dat. Na základě zjištěných výsledků budou doporučeny kroky ke zkvalitnění organizace výuky teoretické části a praktického vyučování. Informace, jež výzkum přinese, mohou být dány k dispozici pro nahlédnutí vedení školy, a to za účelem eventuálního zkvalitnění plynulého prolínání praktické a teoretické odborné přípravy, které nezanedbatelně ovlivňuje odbornou přípravu budoucích zdravotnických pracovníků.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of integration of theoretical and practical professional training in the field of practical nursing. The aim of the diploma thesis will be to find out the opinions of professional practice teachers on the interlinking of theoretical and practical profes-sional training in the field of practical nursing. In the introduction, the theoretical part will explain the medical education, will introduce the field of practical nurse education, will outline the organization of theo-retical and practical professional training. Furthermore, the work deals with the ratio of the number of hours necessary for professional practice in a medical facility and the number of hours not necessary for theoretical teaching at school. It will introduce the concept of inclusion, integration and clarify inter-subject relationships in the field of Practical Nursing. For the practical part, qualitative research will be used and implemented using the semi-structured interview method from teachers of professional subjects at the Secondary Medical School. After obtaining the necessary data during pedagogical research, this data will then be analyzed. Based on the results, steps will be recommended to improve the organization of the theoretical part and practical teaching. The information that the research will bring can be made available for inspection by the school management, for the purpose of possibly improving the smooth interweaving of practical and theoretical professional training, which significantly affects the professional training of future healthcare workers.
