Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na věkem podmíněné změny v genové expresi naivních B-lymfocytů. Stárnutí je přirozený a nevratný proces, který s sebou přináší zvýšenou náchylnost k některým onemocněním, snížení adaptabilní imunity a zvýšený výskyt rakoviny. Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis is focused on analyses of the age-related changes in gene expression of naive B-cells. Aging, a natural and irreversible process, correlates with an increased susceptibility to diseases, reduced adaptive immunity and increased incidence of cancer.
