Cílem této práce je popsat informační systém za pomoci jazyka UML jazyka a BPMN. Pomocí těchto metod je analyzován proces z prostředí IT podpory. Tímto procesem je založení účtu a připsání rolí v systému SAP. V první kapitole jsou rozebrány základní pojmy, které se pojí s UML, BPMN a informačními systémy. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe an information system using UML and BPMN. Using these methods, the process from an IT support environment is analyzed. This process is account creation and role assignment in a SAP system. In the first chapter, the basic concepts related to UML, BPMN and information systems are discussed.
