Předkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o právních formách perzekuce v období Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Tato je členěna, vyjma úvodu a závěru, do sedmi kapitol na sebe logicky navazujících. Autor na začátku práce rozebírá samotný protiprávní vznik Protektorátu a upozorňuje na významné právní nedostatky výnosu vůdce a říšského kancléře č. 75/1939 Sb. This thesis deals with the legal forms of persecution in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Apart from the introduction and conclusion, it is broken down into seven chapters, which are logically related.
