Tato práce se zabývá sledováním změn sekvenčně specifických vazebných vlastností proteinů rodiny p53, konkrétně p53 a vybraných izoforem p73, v závislosti na přítomnosti chemicky modifikovaných bází uvnitř vazebných sekvencí a v jejich blízkosti. The objective of this thesis is examining of changes of binding properties of p53 protein family members, specifically p53 and isoforms of p73, in a sequence-specific manner depending on presence of chemically modified purine bases in their binding sequences and in their close proximity.
