Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „ Komparace efektivnosti financování bytových potřeb poskytnutých stavební spořitelnou a hypoteční bankou“ je zjištění a porovnání efektivnosti financování bytových potřeb z pohledu klienta a z pohledu hypoteční banky. První část je zaměřena na popis a charakteristiku obou produktů. V druhé části analyzuji konkrétní způsoby financování s ekonomickými dopady pro klienta a pro podniky. Poslední část je věnována porovnáním efektivnosti a analýze dosažených výsledků.

Abstract:

The aim of the submitted thesis „ The comparision of efficiency of financing home´s needs provided of building society and mortgage bank“ is to establish and to compare the effect of living needs financing from a client´s view as well as from a bank´s view. First part is pointed to the description and to the characterization of both products. In second part the concrete possibilities of financing with ecomonic effects to a client and to companies are analysed. In last part the effect is compared and the study results are analysed.
