Performance management

Abstract:

Každá společnost potřebuje pracovníky ke své podnikatelské činnosti. Správným a stále se zlepšujícím vedením lidí neboli řízením jejich pracovního výkonu, se může společnost rozšířit a zaujmout lepší postavení na trhu. Teoretická část této práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol a zabývá se průběhem procesu řízení pracovního výkonu, neboli co je třeba zajistit k lepšímu vedení lidí. Především se zabývá plánováním, měřením, posouzením pracovního výkonu i nástroji na jeho zlepšování. Dále tato část pramení především z odborných literárních děl. Cílem této práce je především analyzovat řízení pracovního výkonu v určeném podniku dle teoretických znalostí, porovnání teoretické a praktické části a vyvození závěru rozdílnosti. Praktická část této práce se zabývá nynějším stavem personálního řízení ve zvolené organizaci, zjištěním nedostatků a podáním návrhu zlepšení. V této části jsou informace čerpány a získávány z interních zdrojů podniku, z rozhovorů se senior manažerem, jeho podřízenými i nejnižším managementem (team leader, utilita) ve výrobě. Aplikační díl práce navazuje na teoretický díl, posléze jsou porovnávány a výsledek je zmiňován v závěru práce.

Abstract:

Each company needs staff for its entrepreneurship. If company leads its staff properly and improves its performance management, it could expand and occupy a better market position. The theoretical part of this thesis is divided into several chapters and deals with performance management procedures that is, what is needed to do for improving performance management. Primarily it researches planning, measurement, job performance appraisal and tools for improvement. Furthermore this part is based on specialized literature works. The goal of this thesis is mainly to analyse performance management procedures in chosen organiazation according to theoretical knowledge, the comparison theoretical and practical parts and it deduces differences in the end. The practical part of this thesis deals with a current situation of personnel management in this organization, finds out the shortages of performance management and submits the improvement proposal. In this part the information is taken from internal sources of the organization, conversation between me and the senior manager, his subordinate staff, team leaders and utilitas in manufactuting section. The application part of the thesis follows the theorical part. Then the both parts are compared and result is mentioned at the end of thesis.
