Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na obchodní jednání v ruštině, především na jeho řečovou etiketu a efektivnost. Hlavním cílem práce bylo prozkoumat jednotlivé faktory obchodního jednání, které mají v jeho procesu značný vliv.
