Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce na téma Specifika komunikace se zákazníky sociálních a neziskových služeb je tvořena třemi částmi ? teoretickou, praktickou a projektovou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na neziskovou sféru a prostředí sociálních služeb, které jsou pro ni typické. Také věnuje pozornost komunikaci, zákazníkům a pracovníkům sociálních služeb v neziskové organizaci a přitom se snaží hledat specifika v komunikaci mezi nimi. Praktická část je průzkumnou sondou, zaměřující se na specifika komunikace se zákazníky Charity Svaté rodiny Luhačovice, jako tradičního poskytovatele sociálních služeb v lázeňském městě Luhačovice. Projektová část navazuje na praktickou a zabývá se konkrétním projektem, který je návrhem vhodné komunikační kampaně pro Charitu Svaté rodiny Luhačovice.

Abstract:

This diploma work with the topic The Specifics of Communication With Customers of Social and Non-profit Services is divided into three parts ? the theoretical part, the practical one, and the project. The theoretical part is focused on non-profit sphere and surroundings of social services which are typical for them. There is also mentioned communication, clients and workers of social services in non-profit organization. It tries to find some particularity in the communication among them. The practical part is the exploratory probe that concentrates on the particularities of the communication with clients of The Charity of Saint Family in Luhačovice which is a traditional provider of social services in spa town Luhačovice. The project relates to the practical part and it concerns with the particular project that is the proposal of the appropriate communicative campaign for The Charity of Saint Family in Luhačovice.
