Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikací mezi prodejcem a zákazníkem se zaměřením na výživového poradce a klienta. Práce se zaměřuje na průběh, kvalitu a nedostatky komunikace s klientem. Cílem práce je prozkoumání průběhu komunikace a vztahu mezi výživovými poradci a klienty, objevení nedostatků a následné doporučení pro výživové poradce. This diploma thesis focuses on communication between a seller and a client, mainly between a nutrition specialist and his/her client. The goal of this thesis is to study communication and relationship between nutrition specialists and their clients and to find out deficiencies and subsequently to make recommendation for nutrition specialists.
