Abstract:

Navrátilová, G. Greenwashing v marketingové komunikaci podniků s udržitelnou módou. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku greenwashingu v marketingové komunikaci podniků s udržitelnou módou. Cílem práce je na základě sekundárních a primárních dat z dotazníkového šetření analyzovat chování generace Z a Y na trhu s módou a zjistit, jak tyto skupiny hodnotí důvěryhodnost marketingových sdělení u značek s módou. Na základě toho je navržena vhodná komunikační strategie, která minimalizuje riziko greenwashingu a podporuje transparentní komunikaci.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of greenwashing in the marketing communication of sustainable fashion companies. The aim of the study is to analyse the behaviour of Generations Z and Y in the fashion market based on secondary and primary data from a questionnaire survey and to find out how these groups evaluate the credibility of marketing claims from fashion brands. Based on this, an appropriate communication strategy is proposed that minimises the risk of greenwashing and supports transparent communication.
