Tato práce se zabývá významem nukleární magnetické rezonance pro plánování radioterapie. Teoretická část nejprve stručně popisuje proces plánování radioterapie, následně se zabývá cílovými objemy a metodami jejich lokalizace se zaměřením na nukleární magnetickou rezonanci, výpočetní tomografii a pozitronovou emisní tomografii. This thesis is focused on the impact of magnetic resonance imaging on radiation treatment planning. The theoretical part at first briefly describes the process of radiation treatment planning, subsequently deals with target volumes and their localization methods focusing on magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography and positron emission tomography.
