Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vnímání pracovních podmínek a dalších aspektů pracovníky v pomáhajících profesích, v organizacích veřejného i neziskového sektoru v porovnání napříč generacemi. Zároveň je tato práce výzvou pro organizace, které by měly počítat se změnou na pracovních trhu, a tím i se změnou v personálních strategiích a pracovních podmínek, které se budou muset přizpůsobit generaci Y, ale i nově příchozí generaci Z. V neposlední řadě se připravit na to, že tato generace postupem času zastoupí také vedoucí pozice. Cílem práce je zmapovat a analyzovat vnímání pracovních podmínek v organizacích (veřejného i neziskového sektoru), napříč generacemi v sociálních službách. Jaké pracovní podmínky a požadavky v zaměstnání tyto generace očekávají a zároveň, jak se vzájemně tyto generace na pracovišti vnímají, jak generace spolupracují na pracovišti, co vnímají za hlavní problém, apod. Jak se k této problematice staví vedoucí pracovníci sociálních služeb a zda jsou reálně řešeny nové personální strategie. Na základě výsledků kombinace kvantitativního a doplňkového kvalitativního šetření tak navrhnout opatření v oblasti pracovních podmínek a dalších aspektů organizace, které by mohly do budoucna přinést pozitivní vliv. Kvantitativní výzkum byl realizován s pracovníky pomáhajících profesích a to konkrétně s pracovníky sociálních služeb. Na základě výsledků lze konstatovat, že se na pracovištích sociálních služeb vyskytují generační rozdíly a zároveň dochází k jejich změnám. Doplňkové kvalitativní šetření se opírá o rozhory v vedoucími pracovníky neziskového a veřejného sektoru.

Abstract:

This work deals with the issue of the perception of working conditions and other aspects by workers in helping professions, in organizations in both the public and non-profit sector and comparisons across generations. This work is also a challenge for organizations that should expect a change in the labor market, and thus a change in personnel strategies and working conditions that will have to adapt to Generation Y, but also to Generation Z. Last but not least, to also be prepared for this generation to take the lead over time. The aim of this work is to map and analyze the perception of working conditions in organizations (public and non-profit sector), across generations in social services. Some of the topics include what working conditions and job requirements do these generations expect and at the same time how these generations perceive each other in the workplace, how generations work together in the workplace, what they perceive as the main problem,and how social service managers approach this issue and whether new personnel strategies are really being addressed. Based on the results of a combination of quantitative and complementary qualitative research, propose measures in the field of working conditions and other aspects of the organization that could have a positive impact in the future. Quantitative research was conducted with workers in the helping professions specifically with social workers. Based on the results, it can be stated that there are generational differences in the workplaces of social services and at the same time they are changing. Additional qualitative research is based on discrepancies in non-profit executives and the public sector.
