Práce popisuje základy informačního systému MS Dynamics CRM a popisuje základy jeho konkrétní implementace. Dále se práce zabývá novými funkcemi představenými s verzí MS Dynamics CRM 2013 a jejich využitím při migraci stávajícího systému a přidružených aplikací na novou verzi. Abstract:
This thesis describes the basics of MS Dynamics CRM and particular implementation of this system. The thesis also discusses new features introduced in MS Dynamics CRM 2013, and their application when migrating existing applications.
