Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na atraktivitu vybrané firmy jako zaměstnavatele. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout doporučení pro zvýšení celkové atraktivity zaměstnavatele. Aby bylo tohoto cíle dosaženo, byl analyzován současný stav faktorů ovlivňujících atraktivitu zaměstnavatele a provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi současnými zaměstnanci. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the employer attractiveness of the selected company. Aim of this thesis was suggesting recommendations increasing the employer attractiveness. Present state of factors influencing the employer attractiveness were analysed and survey among current employees was made to reach this aim.
