The Causes of the Economic Problems of Greece

Abstract:

Práce pojednává v souladu s jejím tématem o příčinách ekonomických problémů Řecka, označovaných také jako tzv. řecká krize, která se projevuje dlouhodobě deficitním státním rozpočtem a neúměrně nákladnou správou dluhu. Práce popisuje vstup Řecka do EU včetně jeho podvodného jednání v souvislosti se vstupem do EMU, dále se zabývá popisem vzniku a průběhu tzv. hypoteční krize i jejím možným vlivem na vznik i prohloubení řecké krize. Dále je popsána aktuální hospodářská situace Řecka včetně kontextu této situace se současnou situací a problémy EMU. V závěru práce jsou popsány návrhy možných řešení krize v Řecku, tak jak jsou navrhovány výkonnými orgány v rámci EU a MMF.

Abstract:

The work discusses, in accordance with its main theme, the causes of the economic problems in Greece, also known as the Greek crisis, which reflects a long-term state budget deficit and disproportionately expensive debt management. This work describes Greece's entry into the EU, including its fraudulent conduct in connection with its entry into EMU, it also further describes the origin and course of the mortgage crisis and its possible impact on the emergence and deepening of the Greek crisis. It also describes the current economic situation in Greece, including the context of this situation with the current situation and problems of EMU. The conclusion describes the possible solution proposals for the crisis in Greece, as they are designed by the executive authorities in the EU and the IMF.
