Diversity management at ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na adaptační proces zahraničních zaměstnanců a management diversity ve společnosti. Cílem této práce je přiblížení problematiky související s adaptací spolu s řízením diverzity v podniku a navrhnout školení nebo balíček služeb pro zahraniční zaměstnance nastupující na novou pozici do společnosti. V teoretické části jsou obsaženy pojmy personální řízení, kultura v organizaci, získávání zaměstnanců, adaptace zaměstnanců a management diverzity. Součástí praktické části je přehled aktivit podniku v souvislosti s adaptací zahraničních zaměstnanců a managementu diverzity, popis zvolených výzkumných metod a vlastní zhodnocení s návrhy na zlepšení situace.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on the adaptation process of foreign employees and diversity management in the company. The aim of this work is to approach the issues related to adaptation together with diversity management in the company and to design training or a package of services for foreign employees entering a new position in the company. The theoretical part contains the concepts of personnel management, culture in the organization, recruitment, adaptation of employees and diversity management. Part of the practical part is an overview of the company's activities in connection with the adaptation of foreign employees and diversity management, a description of selected research methods and self-evaluation with suggestions for improving the situation.
