Studentka se podrobně seznámí s aktuální směrnicí děkana a bude dbát na její dodržování. V teoretické části bakalářské práce si objasníme charakteristiku syndromu vyhoření, jeho příčiny, projevy, fáze, diagnostiku, prevenci a léčbu. Zaměříme se na syndrom vyhoření u pracovníků v sociálních službách a popíšeme domovy pro seniory se zvláštním režimem. Cílovou skupinou budou pracovníci v sociálních službách …more

Student will be acquainted with the dean's directive and will ensure compliance. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis we will elucidate the characteristics of the burnout syndrome, its causes, manifestations, phases, diagnosis, prevention and treatment.
