Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma „Společenská odpovědnost firem a její efektivita pro konkurenceschopnost podnikání“ je zaměřena na analýzu modelu CSR, zhodnocení jeho efektivity a doporučení ohledně zlepšení strategie CSR s cílem zvýšit konkurenceschopnost na trhu. Metody, které se používají hlavně v praktické části, jsou SWOT, Porterova analýza pěti sil a benchmarking.
Abstract:
The Diploma Thesis on topic “Corporate social responsibility and its effectiveness for competitiveness of business” is focused on the analysis of CSR model, evaluation of its efficiency and providing recommendations regarding improvements in CSR strategy in order to increase the competitiveness in the market.
