Lidská osobnost jako klíčový prvek managementu lidských zdrojů

Human personality as a key element of human resource management
Abstract:
Práce se primárně zabývá tématem osobnosti manažera. Obsahem práce je analýza lidského faktoru v managementu organizací z pohledu teorií osobnosti, etiky a motivace. Zároveň zkoumá individuální pohled vedoucích pracovníků na svou roli v managementu lidských zdrojů a komparuje tak s názory jejich podřízených.
Abstract:
The main topic of this work is a manager personality. Content of the work is consisted of analysis of human factor in enterprise management taken from the point of view of the theory of personality, ethics and motivation. Moreover, the work is exploring an individual perspective of the managers on their role in human resources management and compares it with the perspectives of their subservients.
