Specifics of personnel management in social services, compared with a profit organizations

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá personálním managementem jak v organizacích sociálních služeb, tak i v organizacích ziskových. Předmětem je zmapovat personální management a jeho specifika ve výše zmíněných organizacích. Tato práce je koncipována do 3 částí, a to na teoretickou, metodologickou a empirickou. V teoretické části je charakterizován hlavní pojem, a to personální management a problematika s ním spojená. Dále se zabývám personálními činnostmi, které jsou podkladem pro výzkum v diplomové práci. V neposlední řadě je v teoretické části definován pojem ziskových a neziskových organizací, které jsou pro diplomovou práci stěžejní. V metodologické části je vymezen cíl výzkumu, výzkumná otázka a nastíněna celková metodologie výzkumu. Empirická část je věnována průběhu, zpracování a interpretaci samostatného výzkumu. Touto diplomovou prací bych chtěla poukázat na specifika personálního managementu v konkrétních organizacích. Vzhledem k výzkumné otázce a charakteru práce jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkumnou metodu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with personnel management in both social service organizations, as well as in organizations profitable. The object is to map the human resource management and its specifics in the above mentioned organizations. This thesis is divided into three parts, the theoretical, methodological and empirical. The theoretical part is characterized by a main concept, and personnel management and the problems associated with it. I also deal with personal activities, which are the basis for the research of this thesis. Finally, the theoretical part of the notion of profit and non profit organization, that are crucial for a thesis. The methodological part is defined research objective, research question and outline the overall research methodology. The empirical part deals during the processing and interpretation of individual research. In this dissertation, I would like to highlight the specifics of personnel management in particular organizations. The research is qualitative.
