Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá projevy problémového chování u žáků s poruchami autistického spektra a jeho intervenčními opatřeními. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout krizové scénáře pro zvládání problémového chování pro žáky s poruchami autistického spektra na základní škole speciální. Navrhnuté scénáře nabízejí možnosti řešení problémového chování v rámci krizového působení. Teoretická část obsahuje tři kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá poruchami autistického spektra, vymezením pojmu, stručné historii, etiologii a charakteristice jednotlivých poruch. Dále se věnuje pojmu autistická triáda, diagnostice a charakteristice základních diagnostických nástrojů. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje pojem problémové chování a jeho vztah k poruchám autistického spektra. Kapitola dále uvádí možné příčiny problémového chování a možnosti jeho zvládání. Třetí kapitola se zabývá edukací žáků s poruchami autistického spektra, legislativou upravující vzdělávání, metodou Strukturovaného učení a závěr kapitoly je věnován tvorbě individuálního vzdělávacího programu pro žáky s poruchami autistického spektra. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje problémovému chování u čtyř žáků (chlapců) s poruchami autistického spektra na základní škole speciální. V rámci praktické části jsou zpracovány případové studie, ve kterých je zaznamenán vývoj problémového chování od předškolního věku do současnosti. Na problémové chování je nahlíženo z pohledu rodiče (vychovatele) i pedagoga. Na základě informací obsažených v případových studií jsou zpracovány krizové scénáře pro zvládání problémového chování.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with signs of problem behavior of pupils with autistic spectrum disorder and its intervention. The main goal of thesis is to propose crisis scenarios for solutions of the problem behavior of pupils with autistic spectrum disorder at special elementary school. The suggested scenarios offer possibilities of solutions of the problem behavior within the crisis operation. The theoretical part of the thesis contains three chapters. The first chapter deals with the autistic spectrum disorders, definition of the term, short history of the disorder, etiology and characteristics of each disorder. It also discusses the concept of the autistic triad, diagnosis and characteristics of basic diagnostic tools. The second chapter explains term of the problem behavior and its relationship with autistic spectrum disorder. The chapter also indicates possible causes of the problem behavior and possibilities of coping with such behavior. The third chapter deals with education of pupils with autistic spectrum disorder, legislation on education, method of the Structured learning and the end of the chapter deals with creation of individual educational program for pupils with the autistic spectrum disorder. The fourth chapter addresses the problem behavior of four pupils (boys) wtih autistic spectrum disorder at special elementary school. There are four case studies in the practical part of the thesis, in which there is development of the problem behavior from preschool age till nowadays described. The problem behavior is seen from the parent's (governess) point of view as well as from the teacher's one. Based on the information covered in the case studies there are created crisis scenarios for solution of problem behavior.
