Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců a řízením lidských zdrojů. Práce je zaměřena na konkrétní firmu RENOCAR a. s. Teoretická část je věnována řízení lidských zdrojů a motivaci obecně. Popisuje základní témata vztahující se k řízení lidských zdrojů a motivaci.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on motivation and Human Resources of employees in the selected company i. e. RENOCAR. The theoretical part is devoted to Human Resources Management and motivation in general. It describes the basic topics which are related to Human Resources and motivation.
