Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou odebírání dětí ve vybraných zemích EU. Vybranými zeměmi jsou Velká Británie, Dánsko a samozřejmě Česká republika. In my thesis I deal with presumtion of guilt and removing the children in selected countries. The selected countries are the United Kingdom, Denmark and the Czech Republic. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical parts.
